First BYOF day will be Saturday October 10th for the 11:30AM class. This class may deviate from regular programming in an effort to keep it simple. You can still get your workout on, but we will make a concerted effort to keep it accessible and leave out some of the more complicated lifts.
If you have someone who would like to come and try a class with you this is the time! Then if they like it, they can do an intro with me and another free class with you after that.
So it's time to drag your spouses, partners, friends, family and reluctant co-workers down here!

but what if it's a friend you want to keep? Kidding. Me and my old man will be there. Will the 11:30 class be different from the 9:00? Maybe a 2 MOD/WOD day....!
