WOD 8/8/09



2 Power Snatches on the minute for 15 minutes.

Use a maximal weight, approx. 85% of your 1RM.

For every rep not completed perform 5 burpee-to-box jumps at the end of the WOD.

Hey Jeremy or Ian, whoever reads this I have a quick question. At the bottom of a squat, is it okay to sort of spread your knees and push your knees out? Mine sort of cave in when I squat for some reason, but I feel like I have to push them out in order for them to be tracking over my knees. So, is it okay to push my knees out at the bottom of my squat?

TJ you are suppose to drive your knees out to help incorporate the groin and hamstring muscles. Youre a natural now dont ever ask a stupid question again!! J/K
