HOLY CRAP, those are some fast times. Jeremy, you freakin' killed that workout. I am in awe.
Okay I feel like I need to clear some things up here. I did the first three rounds at 157lbs which I didn't think I could even lift once. That is why it took me so freakin long. After that I went down to 135 for the rest of the workout. By that time I was already smoked. Next time there is a workout that is supposed to be a spring workout I'm going lighter.
