Actually, the only way i can get a workout in today is if i come in early....guest coming from out of town and need to go to airport this evening. I'll show at noon too Ian. Let us know.
Sorry guys, normally I would be there. Today I have a Dr.'s appt. in Boulder then I have to wait for the appliance people to come and fix the dryer. Won't be there till 2-2:30.

This is good for me. Bench is definitely a weakness. Kudos to anyone who has even a single bodyweight bench press.
Damn! This workout has my favorites, I wish I was there to do it. Maybe this can be my birthday wod later.

Some had 100, 80 and 60 on them.

135# bench. Just for fun, bench 3x at body weight (170#).
