Variation of the CrossFit mainsite WOD. We'll do the lunges in place alternating legs.

I think it would definitely call for brackets Kari...now just what exactly would you call that exercise? Hmmm??? I could think of a few things, but this is a public forum so....

Love that photo Ben! It captures your crossfit glee mid workout. Also the extra 13 lunges we did at the end aren't reflected on the initial post.

P.S. Shouldn't we all get brackets for doing the extra lunges at the end?
