still a ways from perscription but, MOD 115 today. ignore the fact that i can't hardly move....but i'll be back tomorrow..ish. still working on making the 9 foot line on the WB but getting closer.

Okay I feel like I need to clear some things up here. I did the first three rounds at 157lbs which I didn't think I could even lift once. That is why it took me so freakin long. After that I went down to 135 for the rest of the workout. By that time I was already smoked. Next time there is a workout that is supposed to be a spring workout I'm going lighter.
