Shirt, I don't need a stinking shirt...
couldn't make it today. Did 6 rounds 20 squats, 10 push ups, 10 situps. Quinn screwed up my time, but I am sure it was super fast :)
FYI Stacy - It's ALWAYS faster when Ian isn't there with the stopwatch!

Mod - first time using the prescribed weight on the wall ball---couldn't quite make that dang yellow circle! And inverted burpees? Who dreams things like that up??? :o)
Lil' D would like it noted he did 5 burpees and 5 lunges for time...we'll keep the time to ourselves as to not embarrass the older clientele of the gym.
