MOD - depth on front squats; felt a twinge in my knee at full depth.

thanx all for watching my super fast finish....ha. Another hard one and had to take the MOD becuase i didn't get the depth in my front squats. I'm ready for these not to reck me for the rest of the day. Still, glad i did it.

Do we have a T Shirt designed for the games in September yet? If not, I was thinking of having a t that says Crossfit Littleton on front and on back, a pair of brass knuckles with "Pain for time" below it. The ladies could get it in pink with black writing and the boys could get it in gray with black writing. What do you and everyone else think?
