Ugh - virtual shovels felt heavy. My hip, which feels like it belongs on a 70-year old man, hindered my cheetah-esque speed....

I'd so love to claim the leader board, but I can't! Somehow my name didn't end up in parens, but I didn't do full ring dips (on my toes) and after having a mental break at 20 inches on the plates for box jumps I knocked the top plate of for, what, about 16"? Never thought I'd hear myself say it's ok to knock me down...off the LB that is!
