Please welcome Rob Way to the gym when you meet him. He toughed through a long workout this afternoon.

Also, a couple weeks ago Corene did 27 pull-ups in a workout (un-modified). That was the most she'd ever done in a WOD I believe. Today she jumped to 50 in the workout. I'd call that serious progress. Seriously awesome? Totally bitchen? Great job Corene. 6 months ago, not one pull-up...

Mr. Matt Shay has had a serious breakthrough with his pull-ups lately too and it is quite obvious. Nice work Matt.

Terry, sorry I forgot you in the pics my friend. I'll make it up to you! Now Todd knows I don't just hate on him.

Happy recent birthday's to Arnold, Adam and Matt BTW. Terry's is on Friday.

So does this mean I'll only suck half as bad at 1 legged squats compared to a normal squat??

MOD - 1 legged squats (attempted maximum depth with weak results)

Everything else . . . as Rx'd . . . and yes that means pull-ups. All 50 of them!

I'm sure it was quite painful to watch. Most of them were 1 and 2 at a time! I had a few around 4 or 5, but not many! Just plain old determination . . . boring.
