Went from 5:20 with 95lbs, to Rx'd 5:59.

Ian,
heard of this WOD from a friend.He said it was really hard.. looks deceiving. 135 clean x3, 6 pushups, 9 squats, armrap in 3 mins, rest 1 min. 5 rds.
