WOD 6/27/09







Big and little



Back Squat
Work up to a max set of 5
(brownie points for finishing with the heaviest set of 15-20 you can muster)

then...

Max KB swings in 5 minutes (24/16)

Here is the last time we back squatted (max triplet for reference).

When it gets heavy there should be 2 spotters for the lifter. We all need practice spotting each other.

As usual some real gains over last time. Nice work!
