Here is a video demonstration of "floor wipers". Let's touch our feet to the plate each time though. They are like virtual shoveling in that 2 sides = 1 rep.

I was an hour an a half before I felt "right"
Tod: "comando" PUs for first set of 25; jumping PUs for second set.
The floor wipers are kinda cool--good upperbody and core exercise.
NOTE: Check out 14'er discussion--Looks like August 1 is the consensus date AND (so far) no one has seemed to have an issue with the mountain(s) I proposed.
