Dear WOD:
I apologize in advance for my absence today. St. Patrick is in town and I plan to celebrate his visit most of the day. My presence is questionable for tomorrow as well - I seem to always get sick after St. Patrick visits.

From Life AsRx: GB&B Ladder - Do one burpee and take one shot of green beer every minute on the minute. Add a burpee every minute. Last completed round = score.
I would be doing a lot more than "burp-eeeing" after all those shots! HA HA

I wonder if having a shot every minute would make burpees more tolerable? And does throwing up disqualify you?
Do you add a shot every minute also or just the burpee?
Your way doesn't sound like it would be much fun after about 10 minutes...
I took it as . . . take a shot every minute, but add a burpee every minute as well. Maybe we'll have to give it a try?
