WOD 6/6/09

4 rounds for max reps:

Deadlift(225/153) (33lb bar + 45's + 11's + 5's = 153)
Ring Dips

You will record a total of 8 #'s (2 for each round). When the hands come off the bar or when you drop down from the rings you are done with that exercise for that round. Don't stand around longer than 10-12 seconds on the deads (after that you're done). There is no time component to this WOD. Pay attention to that lower lumbar curve!

Catherine: 6/7, 7/16, 8/9, 5/4 = 61 (mod) (Next time you gotta stick with one variation CathMac! Then it is meaningful.)
Troy: 8/15, 8/20, 8/18, 7/15 = 99 (mod)
Derek: 3/8, 6/6, 6/6, 2/6 = 53 (mod)
Lorie: 3/10, 4/12, 1/15, 2/15 = 62 (mod)

Great job all! I found this to be particularly nauseating.

If any math is suspect, Adam, Matt and Arnold did it!

and everyone in the morning missed all the HIGH boy numbers in the afternoon.. geez louise! nice work!

Way to go Ian and Arnold!! This one took it out of me.

Were you guys bouncing the D/Ls or doing touch-and-gos? The 9am class decided to put a little pause at the bottom on each rep to keep everyone honest similar to what they talk about in the CF-strength bias.

I really enjoyed that WOD. It was hangover friendly (just because I could take my time)My dips were rusty I need to work on em. Good job everyone.
