WOD 6/25/09






It was sooooo lonely here today. All we could do was look out the window and wish for some friends to come over...

Max rnds in 20 minutes (your choice):

3 muscle ups
30 squats

or

9 push-ups
9 pull-ups
30 squats

If you are capable of a jumping muscle-up you should do those.

Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

can you say Horrible!

Deano, you need to find a local CrossFit Joint and drop in for a WOD.

Oh I did! I did a mod to 65#... not too hard (but horrible) but boy did I sweat. They have this thing called humidity here. BTW, I don't like it!
