Ian said something about getting a keg for us and giving us the day off. Key to the gym is under the front mat, I'll be there around Noon....sorry Dean, you'll have to pick up your own Rose.

I believe that the computer is down for Ian. Jeremy told me that we are doing Chelsea: (5/10/15 pullups/pushups/squats) on the minute for 30 minutes.
