Back Online!

Sorry for the interruption of our regular scheduled program! I know some of you are lost without a place to post. Had computer problems at home, can't post from my iphone and was unable to post from Kinkos in NorCal (computers were not liking me this weekend).

I did have a very nice time in Sonoma county. Weather was beautiful. Made it over to CrossFit Sonoma County for a WOD on Saturday. Check me out on the front page of the website... (man I'm vain)

CrossFit Sonoma County

Met the owner Dan Schmieding and trainer Dan Ancheta as well as some of the folks that train there. WOD was disgusting in true CrossFit Style:

50 WB's
50 Pull-Ups
35 WB's
35 Pull-Ups
20 WB's
20 Pull-ups

Thanks so much guys for your hospitality. I really appreciated it! You are welcome here anytime.

I encourage everyone here to get out and visit other affiliates when you are traveling. I know some of you have done/are doing this. CrossFit is supposed to be a global community and the only way it works is if you go outside the confines of your own gym to train, interact, compete whatever. It's also a great experience just to get out of your comfort zone to a different environment and train. I can tell you that there was way too much water and oxygen in the air at CrossFit Sonoma County and gravity was very high that day. But you just show up, train and call it good. And you make new friends!
