Guys and gals, don't worry if you don't have any handstand push-ups yet, we have substitutions. On the other hand, Todd jumped up and did 2 today for the first time. Some of you can do them now but have not made an attempt yet. The rest of you will get them... It's amazing what you can do when you care to try.

Mod 10 ring dips for HSPU and round 1 135 hanging power cleans, 2 and 3 were 85 LBS (running out of time to finish...)

The runs were brutal after the cleans. Great to see the new guys blasting through the workout!

Steve was really struggling there. As was Ian in the background with that grimace on his face. That was a rough workout.
