Ball Slams
Swings (16/12)
Pull-Ups
Unweighted O-squats (pipe)
Push-Ups

For twenty seconds do as many reps of the assigned exercise as you can - then rest 10 seconds. Repeat this seven more times for a total of 8 intervals, 4 minutes total exercise. The score is the least number of reps for any of the eight intervals. 1 minute rest between exercies.

Arnold: 13,11,8,14,7=53
Steve: 13,11,4,13,8=49
Dean: 9,8,0,8,4=29
Todd: 10,8,6,7,6 (mod)=37
Gena: 7,8,9,9,6 (mod)=39
Adam: 11,9,6,12,7 (mod)=45
Nick: 8,5,6,5,10 (mod)=34
Beau: 10,10,9,12,7 (mod)=48
Jamie: 9,7,6,7,4 (mod)=33

Great job all, that looked hard!

Also, Gena Sternberg & Jamie Morrell had their first class tonight and completed the entire WOD. Very nice. That was a tough first workout. And Jamie thought it was enough punishment to sign up. Welcome Jamie. Glad to have you!

Dean really earned (in a good way) that 0 for pull-ups--he was killin himself doing 'em straight without modding--awesome effort!
