WOD 4/10/09






How could I not post this one?




In honor of Officer Paul Sciullo, III., 36.
badge number 4179
4-1-7-9
4 Shoulder Press (75/55)
1 Deadlift (275/185)
7 Burpees
9 Push ups
9 rounds for time.
*WOD is based on Paul's badge number, favorite exercises, and 9 rounds for his age added together.


This is borrowed from the CrossFit Pittsburgh website in honor of the fallen police officer Paul Sciullo. I saw this a few days ago, then Adam suggested it to me a couple days later. Let's do it.

Is it really 75lb shoulder presses or should that be 95lb?

I can't come into the WOD to do this due to having to be in for work, but I will try my hardest to make it during this day and do it on my own. I will do it in honor for one of my brothers.

That's what it says. It's just because you're from CF Littleton/CF Ben & Julie, it seems lite :). Since it is a memorial WOD/not my WOD, let's not mess with it. Just finish under 3 minutes Ben.
