I also wanted to say congratulations again to Marc, Dean and Tara on hanging their cheese in the wind this weekend. Great job you guys, it takes something special to get out there and compete.

Also, big thanks to Stacy and Lorie who graciously donated their time volunteering at the games. Your efforts are appreciated!

And also, thanks to Kyle, Corene, Erin, Matt Fisher, Double D's and Jarah for coming out and supporting us. We needed it!

And of course thank you to Matt and Cherie and all the other volunteers who made the games possible. They did a fantastic job putting this together and pulling it off. Without them there is no event for us all to participate in, spectate at etc. So thank you guys.

Lastly, happy B-day to Tara who turned 25 today. You don't look a day over 24 Tara! Her b-day WOD will be Thursday. You guys will love it!

What Ian forgot to say about the games, is how well he did. One of his judges called him a beast (exact words). Despite scaring us all out of our minds by showing up minutes before his wod on Sunday. He did our gym proud. And was a great coach to our competitors.

Very well said Stacy. We couldn't ask for a better trainer/leader who has shown us all the right way to train and welcome eachother into this psycho community they call Crossfit. Ian is always the first one to congratulate us on a job well done and sometimes you need to pat yourself on the back too, Ian.
