Visiting other affiliates is a great way to make new friends and make a strong community. Plus you get out of your comfort zone which is an important part of training.
Found this photo on the CF Odyssey website. There were others too but obviously this one was the most important.

Nice job Tara! How is it that you always manage to be smiling in the middle of a workout? You look like you are MODELING the rope climb, not working out ;0) Glad you had a good (although short) trip home with your family!
