Physical Therapy Sign-up

Only one slot left for this Saturday!

Just wanted to make all of you aware that there is a small, very cute, sign-up board for Tara's services located to the left of the door of the utility room. There are 4 15 minute sessions available. If no one shows for the next appointment or at all that day, good for you!

And, the massage/therapy table is on its way...

Kyle joins the team...

Just wanted to let you guys know that our very own Kyle Thornton will be coming on as a Trainer in Training here at the gym. He will start by taking on the Wednesday night class at 6:30. Kyle is a CrossFit fanatic, has made unreal progress in last year and a half and has a lot of knowledge and training experience to share with everyone.

Please give Kyle your support and respect, we know you will enjoy having him as a Coach!

Marc's Hunt

Here are some pics I was supposed to post forever ago. This was Marc's 2 week trip into the back country. You can see he did not come back empty handed! I know it took some CrossFit powers to endure out there and bring home that beast. Don't ask me about the first photo - no idea...

Wade does Moab!

Some pics Wade send me - representing CFL in Utah!
